Green Emeralds Vs Pink Emeralds

Did you also know that Emeralds come in almost every color of the rainbow and that green emeralds, the least rare of the species known as Beryl (Emerald), are generally very included and full of flaws and are rarely are found in a pure or flawless state? Pink Emeralds on the other hand are very different when it comes to clarity than green emeralds. Pink Emeralds are very pure, light to medium Pink and they are almost always near flawless or flawless and they are much less expensive than green emeralds, diamonds, rubies or sapphires. Pink Emeralds are considered to be more precious and rarer than these well known green varieties of beryl and are extraordinarily beautiful as well. Pink Emeralds are in excess of 2500 times rarer than green emeralds.

Red emerald and Pink Emerald are both beryllium aluminum silicates colored by manganese plus 3 and chromium, among other things.
